yea a shame someone did that
maybe he did this for
1) he hate's you ingame and cant cope ingame
2) he's main aim was to close site down because he/she cant cope with the info you were handing out about ingame stuff out of game.
wait your upset about someone maybe ingame bringing it out of game ?
But you already did that with that website so he used your tactics against you hmmm(have you think about this one[right or wrong])
in saying that he should not link non-adult stuff or sick things so yea report him to isp and any one else that can do something

so you are up for poeple to use out of game info.tactics to Grief in game then.. it not as bad as marco's but it poor to get OUT OF GAME things and use them INGAME,,,

as you say this is part of CCP/EVE so info from here is ok but poeple setting up they own site with info about/from EVE is wrong as CCP owns all things related to EVE....
